• Cosentino’s Silestone® natural-quartz surface recently garnered the coveted Platinum ADEX Award (Awards for Design Excellence), one of the most-prestigious awards programs in the design industry. An anonymous panel of professionals representing a cross section of the design industry conducts all voting for the honors.
• Richel Inc. will hold its Waterjet Cutting Techniques Course on May 15-17 and July 17-19 at its corporate offices in Kent, Ohio. The sessions include hands-on work in preparing and programming jobs, running a system and performing maintenance.
• ETemplate Systems received the Associate Member Award from the International Solid Surface Fabricators Association (ISSFA) during the group’s annual membership meeting in Las Vegas in early March. The Raleigh, N.C.-based division of Tri-Tech Solutions Inc. won the honor based on criteria of making the most-significant contribution to ISSFA and the solid-surface industry in providing exceptional products and support, outstanding ISSFA support and participation in ISSFA-sponsored educational programs.
