• Bedrosians Tile & Stone acquires a 498,000 ft² building in Tustin, Calif., fronting the Costa Mesa Freeway (California 55). The Fresno, Calif., importer and distributor will install a showroom and maintain tile and slabs inventory; the company will also retain its Anaheim, Calif., showroom and warehouse in the city’s famous “Tile Mile” area.
• Walker Zanger recently held a weekend distributor seminar for 210 clients in Charlotte, N.C., including a keynote speech by business strategist Marco Marson. Other topics offered for the network of certified distributors for the Sylmar, Calif., company included showroom issues and overcoming job challenges.
