StonExpo Expands Support
MT. STERLING, Ohio – This year’s StonExpo in Atlanta should draw a larger, more-diverse crowd, thanks to some expanded marketing.
The event, set for Dec. 4-6, will reach out to local specifiers and designers through professional organizations. The Atlanta chapters of the Construction Specification Institute (CSI) and the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) will support outreach to members to attract them to the show at the city’s Georgia World Congress Center.
The StonExpo Federation Inc., the non-profit organization that manages the show, is also expanding its outreach in other areas. The group recently extended a grant to the Natural Stone Council for promoting natural stone, including the sponsorship of a booth at the American Institute of Architects next June in Chicago.
