• LATICRETE International Inc. announces that Dr. Wilfred A. Martinez is a new executive vice president of the Bethany, Conn., company. Martinez joined LATICRETE in 1997, and recently served as senior vice president.
LATICRETE also promotes Ed Metcalf to senior vice president of sales and marketing. A company veteran since 1985, Metcalf recently served as sales vice president for North America.
• Tony Keane is the interim executive director of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) in Alexandria, Va. He replaces Greg Balestro, who became CEO of the Project Management Institute. Keane, formerly CSI’s deputy executive director, will fill the interim position until the organization’s board chooses a new executive director in February.
