• Eric Magnuson is the new north-central regional sales manager for Jet Edge Inc. He’ll be responsible for waterjet-system sales in western Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, northern Wisconsin, Wyoming and Manitoba. He brings more than 10 years of experience in capital equipment sales to the St. Michael, Minn., manufacturer.

• Bonsal American Inc. promotes Gil Seco to senior vice president and general manager of the construction products division, including products sold under the ProSpec brand. He previously served as Bonsal’s CFO. Also, 16-year Bonsal veteran Bill Ashton is the new COO of the dry-mix division; Andy Brinkmeier becomes vice president of business development; and Daniel Benigni is promoted from regional controller to vice president of finance for the Charlotte, N.C.-based company.

• Tile Redi, a leading manufacturer and marketer of pre-formed, one-piece shower pans for time and labor saving commercial installations, appointed Bruce Souder to the position of Shower Solution Specialist. Souder will work to educate architects, specifiers, commercial developers and tile contractors on the benefits of the Coral Springs., Fla.-based manufacturer’s  patented line of leak-proof, easy to install shower pans.
