Since taking over Diamut in 2002, Biesse/Intermac has invested millions of dollars in research-and-development to ensure the consistency of tool performance, and in cutting-edge facilities to make it happen. The end result is a line of sintered diamond tools, polish technologies, core drills and dry and wet blades known for their long life and tool performance.

LONG-LASTING BLADES, BITS

The Rival Super Premium Turbo blade is a long-lasting, fast-cutting turbo blade designed for granite. The blade core is thicker than most turbo blades to prevent flexing during the cut, and can be used wet or dry. It’s available in 4”, 4.5”, 5”, 6”, 7” and 8” diameters.
Rival T-Type bits with diamond-plated cores feature durable and strong segments, and are side-plated, allowing faster cuts while preventing binding. They also can be used either wet or dry. All are 5/8-11” female threaded, and are available in 1”, 1 1/8”, 1 ¼”, 1 3/8”, 1 ½”, 1 ¾” and 2” sizes.
And, Rival Electroplate Marble blades are premium marble blades with multiple slots to increase cutting speeds, and are suitable for marble and other soft stones.

NEW BLADE

Its newest product, the Tower, is a WM-segment-shaped 18mm diamond blade designed to cut both natural stone and engineered stone. The new design assures increased speed – as well as efficiency – at a reasonable price.
