GANTRY SAW
RYE-Corp., Lenoir City, Tenn., introduces the Renegade Gantry Saw, with an 11’4” X 11’ 4” cutting area and 16” blade capacity (14” recommended) for a 10 HP standard three-phase motor. The unit includes a hydraulic-tilt turntable with four hard stops and a locking mechanism that can stop at any degree setting; laser alignment; automatic water on/off; and basic control panel. POLISHER-TEXTURE
Gmm S.p.A., Gravellona Toce, Italy, offers the Sirio, a bridge-based polishing machine for natural stone, with a production area of 82.6” X 157.5” and a polishing-head motor rated at 18 kW/24.1 HP. WET SAW
Applied Diamond Tools, Chesterfield, Mo., offers the Gison Wet Air Saw (Model GPW-227) for air-powered wet-cutting of stone or concrete. The 0.63 HP saw accepts blades up to 4 1/2” in diameter, with a maximum cut depth of 1 3/8” for 2cm and 3cm materials. The 7-lbs unit operates at 90 psi, and includes a 10’ water house with an adapter to a standard faucet fixture.
