Hohmann & Barnard Adds Sandell, Diedrich (April 14)
Sandell, based in Schenectady, N.Y., manufactures state of the art flashings, drainage products, and building envelope accessories to the residential and commercial construction industry.
The company’s offerings include the offerings of Diedrich Technologies, which it bought three years ago. Diedrich’s products include line, a leader in high-performance renovation/restoration cleaning products for natural stone and masonry.

Minucci will continue as president of Sandell, reporting to Ron Hohmann Jr.
Hohmann & Barnard, founded in 1933, is based in Hauppauge, serving the architectural, design and building community with innovative solutions to complex construction and design problems, including reinforcement, anchoring systems and accessories for masonry and stone.
Hohmann and Barnard, since 2008, is a subsidiary of MiTek Inc., based in Chesterfield, Mo. MiTek has operations on six continents, and has been part of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. since 2001.
