2.) That you’ll urge the sellers of travertine to pass down their insights on the stone (including its makeup and limitations) to their customers before problems occur; and
3.) That perhaps the industry as a whole ,can produce, document and distribute some practical and easy-to-understand standards for the classification of travertine, so the customer can tell what they are getting. Just about every other industry, such as timber and meat, can grade their natural products: We should, too.
