The two companies will collaborate to bring new products to the stone market within Flow’s Mach series of waterjets.
“We are excited that this partnership between Flow and USG Robotics will provide machinery that combines waterjet-cutting technology with that of saw cutting,’ says Tim Fabian, product manager of Kent-based Flow.. This partnership also provides the opportunity to bring powerful software capabilities to the stone industry.
“USG Robotics has many years of experience in the industry and has exclusive capabilities that are uniquely suited to the stone industry,” Fabian adds.
“We wanted to align with the leading waterjet supplier to ensure our innovations reached the broadest audience,” says Tom Gust, owner of Crystal Lake, Ill.-based USG Robotics. “Joining forces with Flow means that we can be assured that our customers have the finest waterjet technology as well as an extensive support service network.”
