Tucker Awards 2010
Honorees received their awards during a ceremony in May at Yale University’s Woolsey Hall in New Haven, Conn.
Established in 1977, the Tucker Design Award honors those who achieve the criteria of excellence in the use of natural stone in concept, design, and construction. The biennial award is recognized for its excellence in both the building and landscape industries.
Jurors for this year’s competition winners were Fred Clarke, senior partner at Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, New Haven, Conn.; Peter G. Rolland, founding partner of Rolland/Towers LLC Site Planners and Landscape Architects, Rye, N.Y.; and Harold Roth, partner at Roth and Moore Architects in New Haven, Conn.
