ANGLE GRINDER
Alpha Professional Tools®, Oakland, N.J., introduces the HSG-124, a 5” high-speed angle grinder with a powerful 7.2 Amp (800W) motor with 9,700 RPM. The device features a standard 5/8” spindle and two sets of flange/lock nut sets (7/8” and 20mm arbors) to accommodate 4”, 4-1/2” and 5” diameter blades. The grinder can be used wet or dry.

SLAB DOLLY CLAMPS
Omni Cubed Inc., Placerville, Calif., introduces the 2009 model of the Pro-Dolly clamps for countertops up to 68mm (2.67” thick. Each dolly has a rated capacity of 750 pounds, and 1,500 pounds when used in pairs for large and heavy tops. The U.S.-made units enable the rolling of tall tops through doors.

MANDREL
Granite City Tool Co., Waite Park, Minn., offers the Ultimate Speedy Bit Mandrel for radial-arm machines. Measuring 5” in length with a 1/2-gas connection, the stainless-steel/brass tool features a hydro port behind the brass bushing to allow for cooling and to prevent sediment build-up. A replaceable retention cap allows for years of use.

TILE-CUT TOOL
TileSizer™ Inc., Roswell, Ga., introduces TileSizer™, an adjustable tool for wet saws allowing for tiles to be cut in a safer, more-effective manner. Its patent-pending technology and design secures small tiles during the tile-cutting process, and provides a place for fingers away from the wet-saw blade during tile cutting. It easily allows for horizontal, vertical, off-center and diagonal cuts, and accommodates a variety of tile shapes and sizes.

INTESIFIER PUMP
Jet Edge Inc., St. Michael, Minn., introduces its X-Stream xP90-50 waterjet intensifier pump, producing 90,000psi (6,200 bar) at 50 HP. Typical operating pressures of 75,000 psi can use up to 30-percent less water and half the abrasive of a 60,000-HPs system, and support up to a .011” (.28mm) orifice. The model is also available in a 100 HP version; both can be retrofitted to existing systems or used in new waterjet installations.

ACRYLIC ADHESIVE
Superior Stone Products, Byron Center, Mich., introduces ACRY-TYTE, a superior acrylic adhesive designed to create tight, invisible laminations for stone, quartz and solid-surface. Packaged in a standard 280ml caulk tube, the fast-setting and –curing adhesive and catalyst are always mixed correctly with the E-Z TIP applicator. The solution, available in clear or pre-colored to match hundreds of stone colors, eliminates the need to pre-mix or pre-color.

PORTABLE COMPRESSOR
Kaeser Compressors, Fredericksburg, Va., offers the M57 Mobilair™ Utility Mount portable compressor, delivering 210 cfm at 100 psig. The unit includes an easy-to-read curbside instrument panel protected by an aluminum hinged lockable door, as well as forklift slots and a single-point lifting bail for cross-mounting on service vehicles. The 28-gallon fuel tank provides 10 hours of uninterrupted operation, and its high-capacity, cold-start battery ensures reliable operation in severe working conditions.
