ADJUSTABLE VACUUM PUMPS
Anver Corp., Hudson, Mass., introduces the Q-VDF series of adjustable vacuum pumps designed for handling porous materials. The products feature a diffuser section which can be rotated by the user to control the compressed air flow and provide vacuum flow rates to 120 SCFM and vacuum levels to 25”Hg. The adjustable pumps allow debris to pass straight through their bodies.

POLISHING PAD
Braxton-Bragg, Knoxville, Tenn., introduces a new 30-grit pad for its Viper® Polishing System. The pad is design for shaping with force that’s less-aggressive than a cupwheel, but with enough control for no-bounce polishing. The pad is Velcro™-backed for added hold, and can be used on granite and hard marbles.

DIAMOND HOLE SAW
Bosch Power Tools & Accessories, Mt. Prospect, Ill., introduces Quick Change Diamond Hole Saws, with the ability to cut granite, marble and other stone. Available in sizes ranging from 3/16″ to 4 1/8″, the tools feature segmented tips to allow water to reach the cutting edge and keep the contact surface free of debris; an overhanging edge of vacuum-brazed diamonds gives more control during start up. All are equipped with a shank for use with Bosch’s Quick Change mandrel or other changeable systems.

Gravograph, Duluth, Ga., introduces the IS900 laser engraver, with speeds of up to 3.94”/sec over a 26” X 18.11” work area. The company’s iQ+ Terrain Follower™ provides precise engraving on uneven surfaces; a streamlined clamping system and double pass-through design allow for easy access and material holddown. DRUM EVAPORATOR

All systems include encapsulating electric heat, and can operate in batch or optional auto-fill mode; wastewater is kept in a 55-gallon drum and dewatered, so residue can be disposed of in the same drum.
