“Our custom work is really what we’re known for,” he says. “That, and our customer service. We make sure we follow up on every aspect of a job; that’s what has garnered us such a good following among our local customers. If there’s ever a problem, we take care of it immediately.” With a new, larger space and more equipment, Waltz and Everhart believe they could easily double their current capacity of a kitchen a day. However, these days they’re measuring their success less by stone fabricated than by people satisfied.
“Our greatest success so far has been our growth, fueled by the customers we work with, and the builders and cabinet dealers we’re aligned with,” Waltz says.
