Kurt Distributes NEMI Line

The NEMI agreement, announced today, opens new markets for Kurt, which traditionally has sold its workholding products to manufacturers of precision aerospace, medical, computer and defense products. Kurt is the world’s largest manufacturer of precision machine vises and custom engineered workholding; it pioneered the precision machine vise with its Anglock® design in 1961.

NEMI , established in 1993, offers a broad range of vacuum-actuated workholding devices sold primarily to the wood and stone manufacturing industries. By partnering with Kurt, NEMI plans to expand its market reach through Kurt’s established distributor/dealer network.
