• Brian Nolan joins the sales team of Tucker, Ga.-based GranQuartz L.P., supporting the eastern Pennsylvania and northern New Jersey territories. He holds more than 13 years of field sales experience, including work with Bosch Power Tools.
• LATICRETE International Inc. promotes Ron Nash to regional sales manager for the California Southern region (CAS), overseeing sales efforts in Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Hawaii and Southern California. He joined the Bethany, Conn.-based company in 2004 as a technical sales representative based in Utah.
• Laser Products Industries adds Drew Thornton to service the Southeastern United States for the Romeoville, Ill., company. Thornton’s worked for a number of years in the stone industry, including service as vice presidents for one of the largest limestone, granite and natural-stone companies in the southeast. Laser Products also hires Phillip Haith to head up the company’s European sales effort; Haith, who’s worked in the industry for 25 years as a fabricator and as a machinery rep, will operate from the company’s European distribution office near Barcelona, Spain.
