NEWBERG, Ore. – Imagine a hospitality project designed to serve as an important commercial anchor for a new 450-acre development. And, all it has to do is look like it will last for 100 years, convey a sense of luxury, and reflect the natural beauty of the Northwest.

One more thing: It should – ideally – earn Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design™ (LEED®) Green Building Certification Program®.
