• R.C. Tile & Marble Creations of Salinas, Calif., recently took delivery of a Daytona XL edge profiler from Matrix Stone Products of Rialto, Calif.
Ramon Castillo, R.C.’s president, notes that the new Daytona “has allowed us to continue to service our accounts with the same precision, creativity and care that has been so responsible for our growth.” He adds that “the best thing is that we can ogee the edge to final polish; my guys really love it.”
R.C., founded in 1989, covers a large central California coastal market, from Salinas to the Monterey peninsula to San Jose and Paso Robles. The company also owns a GSC-2001 gantry saw from Matrix.
• Performance Machines Systems USA of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., is the North American importer for Breton S.p.A. of Treviso, Italy. Performance Machine will handle importing and distribution of Breton’s Contoursaw, Contourbreton, Goldenedge and Spiderbreton lines of CNC stone equipment.
