ECO™ by Cosentino®
Cosentino USA introduced ECO in early 2009, after investing more than $6 million and three year’s effort to create a product made from 75-percent post-consumer and post-industrial raw materials and 25-percent raw elements, including 22 percent corn-oil resin. ECO is available in two collections –Green and Revive – and two finishes: polished and Leather Texture™. Colors include Crystal Ash, Polar Cap, Starlight, Black Forest, Crystal Sand, Luna, White Diamond, Terra, Riverbed and Iron Ore. ECO is stain- and scratch-resistant, nonporous and does not require sealing. It’s available in 1.2cm, 2cm and 3cm thicknesses as 63” X 128” slabs (and in tiles of 12” X 12”, 18”X 18” and 24” X 24”). Sold at Lowe’s stores and selected kitchen and bath dealers, ECO is Cradle-to-Cradle®, GREENGUARD? Environmental Institute and NSF International 51 certified.

Terra Collection
DuPont™ Zodiaq®’s Terra Collection – introduced last year – utilizes 25-percent post-consumer recycled-glass content. Available in four colors (Licorice, an almost black quartz base; Wintergreen, with a light green quartz foundation; Coriander, a light tan base with a hint of green, and; Flax, a light, almost white background), the Terra Collection is suitable for a variety of applications, including kitchen and bathroom countertops, backsplashes, wet bars, tub decks and tub and shower surrounds, and is nontoxic and non-allergic. It also comes with a 10-year residential installed transferable limited warranty from DuPont. Slabs are available from dealers of DuPont Zodiaq, and are GREENGUARD? certified.
