Ferrari Heads Up New Biesse HQ

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The new U.S. corporate headquarters for Biesse is set to get on track with a Ferrari.
Construction on the new building will begin next year with Giorgia Ferrari to facilitate the work, including layout of offices, showrooms, and parts & service areas. Additionally, she will have other facilities, logistics, and building maintenance duties.
“Giorgia Ferrari brings a long list of accomplishments in the design and coordination of major building projects to the construction of the new Biesse headquarters in Charlotte,” says Federico Broccoli, President/CEO of Biesse. “Most notably, she has gained international recognition for her work with the Ferrari S.p.A. as the project manager of the famous automaker’s high-profile building projects.
“We are extremely exited that our new headquarters will carry the imprimatur of Giorgia Ferrari.”
Ferrari’s work at Ferrari S.p.A. dealt with the company’s infrastructures, plants, and layouts office in Maranello, Italy. She managed the real estate of Ferrari Industrial Managing, Ferrari Sport Managing, Maserati, and Maserati Races in Modena, Maranello, and Fiorano.
Ferrari holds a degree in Building Engineering from the University of Bologna.

Work on Biesse’s new headquarters building is scheduled to begin in early 2008 and be completed by the end of 2009.
