Braxton-Bragg Moves to New HQ
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Braxton-Bragg Corp. relocated to a new facility here that is larger, more-efficient and more-convenient for serving their customers.
The new 46,000 ft² facility, located just off I-640 in Knoxville, offers a larger office area, sales area and warehouse. There are also demonstration and classroom areas for showing and training of customers on the latest equipment. It will also be used to train Braxton-Bragg Corporation’s employees on how to apply products and solve customers’ desire for improved productivity.
“The market has been evolving and Braxton-Bragg is evolving with it. We want to be on the leading edge of the industry and this new facility gives us the platform to provide more services for our customers,” said president/CEO Michael Pelehach. “The new building gives us a lot more space and more efficiency. The move is driven by a desire to accommodate our customers and their changing needs.”
Braxton-Bragg opened in 1995 in Knoxville as a supplier of professional products and tooling for the stone and tile fabrication industry. Originally located on Maynardville Highway, it moved to its Tazewell Pike facility in 1998.
“The whole point of the move is for us to be able to take care of our customers better,” said Pelehach. “We’re not just providing product; we are providing solutions to help our customers improve productivity.”
Product Manager Steve Bussell agrees.
“This move allows us to do thorough testing under varied work situations – real situations that fabricators are dealing with everyday,” he said. “It also allows us to focus on training for our sales team, both on new products and existing ones, and enables the team to provide answers for our customers.”
The official grand opening for the new building is planned for this summer.
